How much does Voxy Pay to their Teachers?
The Voxy salary slab rate is between $15 – $18 per hour. The company also gives increments to their teacher of 0.50$ after every 6 months. Just like other English education companies present in the market, the salary slab of Voxy is much higher than others. The boxer also pays their teachers for 5 minutes preparation classes and also provides an additional $2.50 per hour.
The Voxy uses PayPal as the payment method and the payment is made twice a month into a U.S Bank account. if the transaction is made internationally a minimum transaction fee of 4.4% is charged on the amount. The Voxy provides a great opportunity to build a great relationship with tech learners and to know more about them. But the salary slab is not as per the requirement of Voxy.
As they only enroll candidates who have 3 years of experience & have knowledge about at least one foreign language. But the pay rate is too low for such a qualification.
